Richardson Adventure Farm offers seasonal employment in a fun, family environment. We encourage everyone including students, adults, teachers, retirees, who have a friendly smile and personality to apply. We are always looking for reliable employees for Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and occasional weekdays during the fall season – mainly September and October.
We are a family based business and one of our main goals is to portray a fun, friendly, wholesome environment for guests visiting the farm. Customer service is a priority.

You must be at least 16 years of age to apply for a job at the farm. Print and complete the form and then return it to the Adventure farm at one of the following group interview sessions.
We will explain our operation and the various jobs, take your picture so we have a face to put with the name, and if the fit is right, you will be called at a later time to schedule training dates for August or September.
We provide training for most positions.
The starting pay rate at the farm is $8.25.
We are looking for people, who are friendly and able to work well with others, to fill positions in the following categories:
Cashier: We have cashiers in many locations throughout the farm – entrance barn, concession areas, activity ticket sales locations, and retail sales – all requiring a friendly person who is good with people and accurate with money.
Concession Staff: You will be working with a team to get customer orders filled – everything from grilling to filling drinks and washing dishes.
Outdoor operations: This includes one or more of the following jobs: controlling customer safety at various activities, attending campfires, driving tractor drawn wagon rides, garbage pick-up, cooking kettle corn, paint and repair.
