Bring the party to the world's largest corn maze and pumpkin patch at Richardson Adventure Farm in Spring Grove, Illinois, NW of Chicago. Looking for somewhere fun and unique for your outing? We have many options for you. All of the following can be independent or in conjunction with a visit to the Corn Maze and grounds or cutting your Christmas Tree. If you have an idea you don't see here, please ask and we'll work with you to plan a memorable event.

Party in The Barn

Rent the South Barn for $600 or the North Barn for $500. Or rent both Barns connected by a 30x40 ft breezeway for $1000. Padded folding chairs are available to rent for $1.50 each and 6 ft tables are available for $6.00 each.

South Barn - Our heated/air conditioned barn can seat up to 120 people. Two kitchenettes, two bathrooms, rustic interior. $600 rental (not available Nov & Dec)

North Barn – This heated barn can seat up to 80 people. Mens and Womens bathrooms, rustic interior. No kitchen. $500 rental (not available Nov & Dec)

South and North Barns – Rent both barns and the possibilities are endless. Have a wedding ceremony in the North Barn, sit down dinner in the South Barn, followed by dancing in the north barn, games and drinks in the breezeway area. Both barns and the breezeway rent for $1000.

Party in The BIN

A redesigned heated/ air conditioned corn bin. First floor has a small food preparation area and two bathrooms. The 2nd floor is an open room that can seat up to 45 people. $200 for up to 3 hours.

Have Fun on a private hayride - The wagon ride meanders around 60 acres of our woods and Christmas tree farm for about 35 minutes. Holds about 50 people. $4 per person, $80 minimum per wagon
Enjoy the Adventure Farm, Corn Maze and Activities on the Grounds - August through October.

We offer free parking, loads of fun, blue skies, starlit nights and country air!

Reservations are Required for Campfire Areas and Certain Groups

Those people requesting a picnic/campfire site at the corn maze….2 people or groups of any size.
Groups larger than 30 people coming to the corn maze and grounds.
Groups reserving a private hayride.
Groups requesting barn rental and/or catering.
Corporate groups & schools - (Please see the corporate events, fall school tours, & winter school tours.)

Picnic/ Campfire Site Fee - $25 for the first table; $10 for each additional table - 1 table minimum - FREE Campfires. The reservation is good for up to 4 hours. There is an additional fee per table for longer than 4 hours. (This does not limit the amount of time you spend on the farm.)

Groups less than 30 - $13 (ages 13 and up), $10 (ages 4 to 12); children 3 and under free
Groups 30-99 - $11.50 (ages 13 and up), $9.50 (ages 4 to 12); children 3 and under free
Groups over 100 - please call, email or send in this form and we'll get back to you.

Note: In order to receive the group discount, we require that you collect the money in advance and designate one person to pay.

Additional information: Extra chairs for around the campfire are always nice. The grounds are fairly flat, although there are some spots that are uneven…please wear comfortable walking shoes.

If the number of people changes considerably from what you initially anticipated, please email or call at least a day ahead (815-675-9729) with the final number in your group.
