Zip Line - 30' high and 700' long

Anyone under 18 wishing to ride the zip line MUST have a waiver signed by their parents or legal guardian. Adults must also sign, and waivers are available on site. If anyone under 18 will not have their parents with them, print this form at home, have parent sign it, and bring it to the maze.
